During your sessions, we will work towards you successfully achieving your goals.
We start where you are in life right now and clarify your starting point. Everyone is different. We craft clear goals and a flexible plan to realize those goals. Your program will be unique to your schedule, your needs, your body, and your personality. You will identify things that are important to you along with their priorities in daily life.
You will learn to identify if your thoughts and actions fit your core values and push yourself out of your comfort zone and learn to create accountability to yourself and others.

We start by getting to know you and your body better. We look at your current health, medical history, goals and reasons why you've signed up. Usually this will take place over the course of a few training sessions so we can all get a better idea of what your training will entail. From your results, we will create a custom program for you that helps keep you safe from injury while progressively increasing the intensity of your program as you make progress towards your goals.
I primarily train out of my own home-based training studio. It is quite nicely equipped and you can pick the music. Seriously, this is our space to train and do what we want without anyone else watching or waiting for a piece of equipment. Shower and changing space is available along with clean towels and bottled water. I also have a long-term partnership with the Lakewood YMCA. If you have children or other family members that are Y members, we can train there as well.
Pricing depends on the number of times we train per month. There are no hidden fees, maintenance fees, annual charges, or any expensive meal plans or supplements to buy.
